  1. Omg, I had no idea that kicking and cupping the water helps build muscles because when you exercise in the water you are fighting against the resistance of the water. I’ll also note that your body weight is significantly less when submerged in water, and this buoyancy means that your joints and muscles are not subjected to the same strain as they would be if you were exercising on land. Thanks for this, I’ve been really itching to try Aqua Aerobics for a while now since I’m getting old and need exercise to stay healthy. I’ll definitely check out classes soon.

    1. Thank you for your comment Lily. I hope you enjoy Aqua Aerobics as much as I do 🙂

The buoyancy of the water reduces the force of your movements. assisting in reducing the strain put on your muscles and joints. Additionally, the soothing effects of warm water on sore muscles and the pain and swelling around joints. My grandparents, who have been dealing with aches in their bodies for a while, will find this helpful. I’ll make sure to look for a reputable service in our community where I can enroll them in Aqua Aerobics because I believe it will be a huge help for them to deal with this.
