A: On most product pages, you’ll find a ‘Garment Size (no stretch)’ chart. This shows the actual measurements of the swimwear. You can use it to measure yourself, or compare it to a favourite item you already own, to help choose the best fit.

A: Yes, there is an Express Post option at checkout.

A: Domestic : Orders are dispatched within one business day. Items are sent via Australia Post and take between 2 to 12 business days. Express shipping option can be selected at checkout. This takes between 1 to 4 business days. A tracking number will be forwarded onto you after shipment.

We currently ship to the US. Please note that due to tariffs, an additional charge of approximately 35% of your order total will be invoiced separately after purchase — if you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be issued.

A: We’re an online-only store, so we don’t have a physical shop you can visit.

If you’re local to the Brisbane 4061 area, we do offer a free pickup option. Otherwise, you can shop online with confidence knowing we have a 30-day returns policy for exchanges or refunds.

A: We offer a 30-day returns policy, so if you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can request an exchange or a refund.

Simply return your item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll happily organise a refund or exchange for you. Please include a note with your order number, email address, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange (including your preferred size).

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you paid using Afterpay, refunds will be processed via the Afterpay platform, minus the non-refundable fees (approximately 6% of the total order). You may opt for a full credit instead.

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

A: UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor. It’s a rating that shows how much of the sun’s UV radiation a fabric blocks.

Most of our swimwear is rated UPF 50+, which is the highest level of protection. This means the fabric blocks around 98% of harmful UV rays, helping to protect your skin while you’re in and around the water.

Our fabrics are specially designed for sun safety, so you can feel more confident and comfortable spending time outdoors.

A: Chlorine-resistant garments are made using specially treated fabrics that are designed to last longer in chlorinated water.

This treatment helps the fabric maintain its shape, colour and stretch, even with regular use in pools. It’s a great option if you swim often or take part in activities like aqua aerobics.

While no fabric is completely chlorine-proof, chlorine-resistant swimwear is made to be more durable and hold up better over time.

A: No restocking fee is charged.

A: Yes, Afterpay orders can be refunded. Refunds are processed through the Afterpay platform, minus the non-refundable fee (approximately 6% of the total order).

We also offer other “buy now, pay later” options, including Zip Pay and PayPal Pay in 4, which have similar terms.

A: To help keep our prices as affordable as possible, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

To minimise the need for returns, we provide detailed size charts on each product page, along with a comparison size chart to help you choose the best fit before ordering.
