Orders are dispatched within one business day. No postage over the weekends or holidays. Items are sent by Australia Post and take between 2-12 business days. The Express shipping option can be selected at checkout. This takes between 1-4 business days. Your tracking number will be forwarded onto you via the AU Post platform. If you have created an Ocean Road Swimwear account then your tracking information can be access via this account. A tracking link & updates will be email to the email you give at checkout.

A pick up option is available at checkout. Pick up is from The Gap, Brisbane, 4061. Details are sent once your purchase is ready to be picked up.

All International orders are shipped via Australia Parcel Post. A tracking number will be forwarded onto you via email. Shipments are delivered by your countries national mail service. All orders will be in the English language.

Free shipping is not applicable on international orders. Customs and Duty Charges International orders may be subject to import charges.

Any Customs, Import duties, taxes, and associated fees or charges are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the item price or postage cost.

We offer a 60 day money back return policy. So if you aren’t 100% happy with your order, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.  Simply return your purchase to us in its original condition within 60 days and we will happily refund you or exchange it for another size. Please include a note with your email address and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

All Afterpay refunds will be made via the Afterpay platform and are less the non-refundable Afterpay fees which are appox: 6.6% of the total cost.

PayPal & ZipPay offer full refunds if the item is refunded with in 60 days of purchase. To ensure your return is fully refunded. Please make sure it is returned well within the 60 day limit or fees may apply.

Refund requests for purchases made incorrectly before the order is shipped are subject to $2per item handling fee.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns.

All returned items should be returned in an 'As New' condition or a refund and/or exchange will not be applied.   Any returns that have damage, odor or marks such as; make-up, perfume & lipstick will not be refunded. If the marks are minor a cleaning levy of $15 will apply. Any damaged or missing packaging or tags will acquire a $5.00 charge. Items with removed or missing hygiene strips will not be refunded.

In the rare event that you receive merchandise that arrives damaged or is faulty please advise within 7 days of delivery and a replacement will be sent.

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties you will be notified within one working day of your purchase and a substitution or refund will be offered. If a desired item is labelled ‘Sold Out’ please contact me for details of when it will be available.

All order codes and PINs remain the property of Ocean Road Swimwear, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.

The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.

The offer is only valid on introductory orders for new customers only. One voucher PIN per customer only.

The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been entered at the checkout before payment has been made.

If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.

Ocean Road Swimwear cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.
