FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $120 (Australia only)
Orders are dispatched within one business day. No postage over the weekends or bank holidays.
Items are sent via Australia Post and take between 2 to 17 business days. Express shipping option can be selected at checkout. This takes between 1 to 6 business days.
International Shipping
If your country’s shipping cost are not included. Please contact me to find out what the shipping costs will be. All orders will be in the English language.
Free shipping is not applicable on international orders.
Customs and Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to import charges.
Any Customs, Import duties, taxes, and associated fees or charges are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the item price or postage cost.
Returns
I offer a 60 day money back return policy. So if you aren’t 100% happy with your order, I am more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. Simply return it to me in its original condition within 60 days and I will happily refund you or exchange it for another size. Please include a note with your email address, order number and whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Please note; that the customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns.
In the rare event that you receive merchandise that arrives damaged or is faulty please advise me within 7 days of delivery.
International Returns
International customers can also benefit from the 60 day money back policy. However due to the high cost of shipping all refunds will be less the original shipping cost. Customers after an exchange will be invoiced the cost of re-shipping the item to them.
The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns and exchanges.
Payment
Payments are to be finalised within 5 days.
Payment methods: PayPal, Credit /Debit Cards, AfterPay, ZipPay & EFT/Bank Transfer.
If you are paying by EFT/Bank Transfer please leave your name & order number as payment reference
Prices
The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the cost of goods. Due to circumstances beyond my control prices may have to be altered up or down.
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties you will be notified within one working day of your purchase and a substitution or refund will be offered. If a desired item is labelled ‘Sold Out’ please contact me for details of when it will be available.
Offer Order Codes/Voucher PINs with money or a percentage off
All order codes and PINs remain the property of Ocean Road Swimwear, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.
The offer is only valid on introductory orders for new customers only. One voucher PIN per customer only.
The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been entered at the checkout before payment has been made.
The offer can only be used for purchases made online at oceanroadswimwear.com.au It is not valid for telephone, eBay, Amazon or any other sales platform transactions.
If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
Ocean Road Swimwear cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.
The offer is open to residents of selected countries that are over 18 years old only.
Ocean Road Swimwear reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time.

Colour Reproduction
The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
