Returns
We offer a 60 day money back return policy. So if you aren’t 100% happy with your order, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. Simply return your purchase to us in its original condition within 60 days and we will happily refund you or exchange it for another size. Please include a note with your email address and whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Payment
Payments are to be finalised within 5 days. Payment methods: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit, Afterpay & Zippay. If you are paying by Bank Transfer / Deposit please leave your order number & name as payment reference.
International Shipping
All International orders are shipped via Australia Post and take approximately 8 to10 business days. A tracking number will be forwarded onto you after shipment. All orders will be in the English language. Free shipping is not applicable on international orders. International orders may be subject to import charges. Any Customs, Import duties, taxes, and associated fees or charges are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the item price or postage cost.
International Returns
International customers can also benefit from the 60 day money back policy. Customers after an exchange will need to pay the cost of re-shipping.
