Shipping
- Fast Dispatch – Orders are dispatched within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Standard Shipping – Sent via Australia Post, with delivery taking 2–12 business days.
- Express Shipping – Available at checkout, with delivery in 1–4 business days.
Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent via Australia Post. If you have an Ocean Road Swimwear account, you can also access tracking details there. A tracking link and updates will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

A pick up option is available at checkout. Pick up is from The Gap, Brisbane, 4061. Details are sent once your purchase is ready to be picked up.
International Shipping
- All international orders are shipped via Australia Parcel Post and delivered by your country’s national mail service.
- Delivery times range from 6 to 25 business days, depending on your location.
- A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
- All shipping options, prices, and delivery times can be viewed in the basket or checkout once your address has been added.

- Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.
- International orders may be subject to import charges, including customs duties, taxes, and associated fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and vary by country.
Returns
Returns Policy
We want you to love your OceanRoad Swimwear! That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back return policy from the date of purchase or receipt. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund.
Simply return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of purchase or receipt, and we’ll process your refund or exchange it for another size. Please include a note with your order number, email address, and whether you require a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions & Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, we ask that all swimwear be tried on over your own underwear. Please do not remove the hygiene protective strip.
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, all returned items must be in ‘As New’ condition. OceanRoad Swimwear strictly does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or laundered.
A return or exchange will not be issued for items that fail inspection due to:
- Odours or Laundering: This includes scents of washing detergent, perfume, smoke, or body odour.
- Signs of Wear: Including marks from makeup, fake tan, or deodorant. (If marks are minor and treatable, a $20 cleaning fee may apply at our discretion).
- Broken/Missing Tags: A $8 re-tagging fee applies if the tag fasteners have been removed or tampered with.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original poly bag with the correct, matching label intact. Packaging must be in "As New" condition (not torn or heavily damaged).
- Hygiene Strips: If these are removed or missing, the item is strictly ineligible for return.
Rejected Returns: Items that do not meet these criteria will be held for 14 days. Customers are responsible for any postage fees to have the item sent back to them; otherwise, the item will be donated to charity.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for the same product or another item of the same value. If you’d like to change your purchase to a different product of a higher or lower price, please place a new order for the desired item and return your original product for a refund.
Refund Process
Afterpay refunds are processed via the Afterpay platform and are subject to non-refundable Afterpay fees (approx. 6% of the total cost).
Alternative payment options such as PayPal Pay in 4 and ZipPay offer full refunds if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt.
To be eligible for a full refund, please return your item within the 30-day limit. Late returns may be refused, and refunds will only be issued for items that meet our Returns Policy conditions.
Order cancellations before shipping are subject to a $5 per item handling fee.

Promotional Offer Returns
If your purchase was part of a promotion (e.g. Buy 2, Get 1 Free or Buy 1, Get 1 Half Price), your refund will be adjusted to reflect that the offer is no longer valid.
To receive a full refund, all promotional items must be returned together.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement.

International Returns
International customers can also benefit from the 45 day money back policy. Customers after an exchange will need to pay the cost of re-shipping.
The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns and exchanges.
All returned items should be returned in an 'As New' condition or a refund and/or exchange will no be applied. Any returns that have damage, odor or marks such as; make-up, perfume & lipstick will not be refunded. If the marks are minor a cleaning levy of $20 will apply. Any damaged or missing packaging or tags will acquire a $8.00 charge.

- All order codes and PINs remain the property of OceanRoad Swimwear, are non-transferable, and may not be reproduced or combined with any other offer.
- Offers are valid for orders over the stated minimum value and until the expiry date shown in your communication.
- Offers are for new customers only and apply only to introductory orders. One voucher PIN per customer.
- To redeem, the voucher PIN must be entered at checkout before payment is made.

- If an order is returned, the offer value is non-refundable.
- Voucher PINs cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change or refund will be given.

Promotional Offers (BOGO & Multi-Buy Deals)

Your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the items you keep. To receive a full refund, all items included in the promotional offer must be returned.
