Domestic Shipping
We offer a 30-day money-back return policy from the date of purchase or receipt. If you aren’t 100% happy with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund. Simply return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days, and we’ll process your exchange or refund. Please include a note with your order number, email address, and whether you require a refund or exchange (including the new size if applicable).

Refunds
Afterpay refunds are processed via the Afterpay platform and are subject to non-refundable Afterpay fees (approx. 6% of the total cost). You may opt for store credit instead.
PayPal & ZipPay offer full refunds if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 4 business days after your item is received before contacting us about your refund.
Refund requests, order changes, or cancellations before shipment are subject to a flat $5 handling fee.
Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for any postage fees to return items.
All items must be returned in ‘As New’ condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items that:
Have been worn, washed, or laundered.
Show damage, odors, or marks (e.g., makeup, perfume, deodorant, lipstick). Minor marks may incur a $20 cleaning fee.
Have broken or missing tags ($8 re-tagging fee).
Are missing or have damaged packaging ($8 fee).
Have removed or missing hygiene strips (items are ineligible for return).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.

All returned items should be returned in an ‘As New’ condition or a refund and/or exchange will not be applied. Any returns that have damage, odor or marks such as; make-up, perfume & lipstick will not be refunded. If the marks are minor a cleaning levy of $15 will apply. Any damaged or missing packaging or tags will acquire a $5.00 charge. Items with removed or missing hygiene strips will not be refunded.
In the rare event that you receive merchandise that arrives damaged or is faulty please advise within 7 days of delivery and a replacement will be sent.

International Shipping & Returns
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Delivery typically takes 6–25 business days. Free shipping does not apply, and any customs, import duties, taxes, or other fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

International customers can return or exchange items within 45 days from the date of purchase or receipt. Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for re-shipping costs, and all postage fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Fabric Care
Cold gentle machine wash garment separately or hand wash with cold to luke warm water.
Use no soap or a mild hand soap.
Rinse immediately after use.
Drip dry in shade.
Do not wring, soak or bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not leave rolled up wet.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.
Swimming pools, spa baths the ocean and sun exposure can cause damage to your swimsuit.
Some sunscreen lotions, tanning oils and fake tanning products may mark or damage swimwear. Taking extra care when using these products and always ensure they are completely dry before they come in contact with your swimwear.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear.
