Love the frill – adds a bit of flair to a very practical garment.
Would prefer if the bottom frill was elasticated – I found it a bit of a tight fit over my hips because the stitching restricted the stretch of the fabric. But it’s well constructed and I’m sure will be a staple item for an upcoming cruise holiday.
